This scenario was developed for the NCR FSMA 2021 Virtual Conference and is designed for small group discussions on how educators and regulators would react to this farm. It involves a farm that grows tomatoes and also processes them into salsa. So participants discuss both the Produce Safety Rule and the Preventive Controls Rule. A short video about the farm is included in the powerpoint.
